David Netto Inc.is looking for a highly organized, detail-focused entry-level Studio Assistant to join our Los Angeles studio.
This is a hands-on role where you will support the design team across active projects, in addition to managing our sample and design book libraries and keeping the studio and archives in order

What you will be doing:

• Maintaining and cataloging the sample library, including memo requests, returns, and vendor follow up
• Organizing the design book library, project archives, and studio reference materials
• Assisting with drafting, floor plans, and furniture layouts
• Preparing sample boards, presentation materials, and project binders
• Running studio and project errands, including showroom visits, vendor pickups, and deliveries
• Sourcing and research support for active projects
• General studio upkeep so the design team has what it needs, when it needs it
• Assisting the design team with administrative tasks as projects require

What we are looking for:

• Currently enrolled in, or a recent graduate of, an interior design or architecture program
• Genuinely detail oriented and organized, the kind of person who notices when something is out of place
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
• A self-starter who takes direction well and follows through without being asked twice
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation for studio errands
• Professional, discreet, and eager to learn

This position is 100% on-site in our Los Angeles studio. Please do not apply unless working in the studio five days a week is possible for you.
