Designer Relations Manager
Company: Sister Parish Design
Duration: Full-time
Date Posted: 08/05/26
Category: Sales & Marketing
Location: Remote
Salary: 50-100k
Job Description

About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, plugged-in Designer Relations Manager to grow and manage our trade business. This role is equal parts sales, relationship management, and brand ambassadorship — perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has a genuine eye for design, and wants to build something with a legacy brand that's leaning into its next chapter.
At the core of this role are the relationships that matter most: our existing designer clients and showroom partners. You'll nurture and expand those accounts while also driving new business, from first outreach through close. As the primary point of contact for both designers and showroom reps, you'll be a trusted resource, a product expert, and a true brand ambassador for Sister Parish Design.
This role is fully remote — you can work from anywhere, as long as you're able to work East Coast business hours (roughly 9am–5pm ET) to stay in sync with our team, showroom partners, and clients. Expect approximately 25% travel for showroom visits, client meetings, and industry events.
Location: Fully remote — work from wherever you're most productive, as long as you can work East Coast hours
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: TBD. Base salary plus commission, as a sales-driven role

How to Apply
We want to actually get to know you before we meet you — so here's what we need:

A short video (60–90 seconds) telling us who you are, your relevant experience, and why you're excited about the Designer Relations Manager role at Sister Parish Design. Keep it casual — a phone selfie video is totally fine. We want to hear your voice and get a sense of your energy and personality, not see a polished production.
This is required. Applications without a video will not be considered.
