Job Description

If you have a passion for luxury home furnishings and get excited by helping customers, from homeowners to interior designers, we need to talk with you.
As Showroom Manager at our Stamford outlet location, you'll sell directly to end consumers as well as to the interior design trade. Interlude Home is also a domestic manufacturer with a custom upholstery factory in Virginia, giving you access to both imported collections and made-to-order capabilities.
This leadership role is a salary plus commission position with a comprehensive benefits package including medical and 401k. You'll be responsible for merchandising the showroom and delivering exceptional customer experiences across both retail and trade channels.
Key Responsibilities :
Balance sales and managerial responsibilities to help the company exceed sales goals
Manage inventory and reconcile client payments
Ensure Showroom is kept to company visual Standards
Learn, maintain, and share product Knowledge
Sell product and manage customer service needs.
Monitor showroom and key performance indicators
Be available to work weekends as necessary

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
Experience in a luxury furniture trade showroom is preferred
Expertise with MS Office and other business software
Experience with CRM, HubSpot preferred
Must have strong organizational skills
Sales and Customer service focused experience
