We are actively expanding our national sales team and are seeking motivated 1099 multi line sales representatives across multiple U.S. markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• The candidate must handle outside sales and manage existing customer list
• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
• Present and demonstrate Home products to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the home furnishings industry
• Conduct cold calling to generate new leads and expand the customer base
• This role requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the home décor industry
• Attend customer meetings to promote products
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the home furnishings or interior design industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel consistently within the assigned territory
