ABOUT THE ROLE
The Showroom Manager is a dynamic sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams and building strong relationships within the interior design community. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and leading the day-to-day operations of the Dallas showroom through team leadership, client engagement, and operational oversight. Serving as a trusted resource for trim and design solutions, the ideal candidate combines proven sales and leadership experience, industry expertise, and strong operational acumen to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve business objectives.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead, train, motivate, and hold showroom staff accountable for achieving sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
• Manage the showroom budget, monitor financial performance, and review sales metrics and reporting to drive informed business decisions.
• Serve as a mentor and subject matter expert, providing guidance on trim products, design trends, and client engagement best practices.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, including inventory management, order processing, client follow-up, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain an organized, visually inspiring showroom environment by ensuring displays, samples, merchandising, and product presentations reflect brand standards.
• Provide expert trim and design consultation, advising clients on pattern, color, scale, style, and product selection while delivering creative design solutions.
• Build, develop, and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective residential clients to drive sales growth and client loyalty.
• Stay current on interior design trends, key industry influencers, and local design events within the Dallas Metro area to identify market opportunities and support sales strategy.
• Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate client records within the CRM,
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree required; Interior Design, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of management experience in a showroom, retail, or sales-driven environment.
• Proven sales success and experience building relationships with designers, architects, or trade professionals.
• Experience managing showroom operations, inventory, merchandising, orders, budgets, and sales performance.
• Proven ability to recruit, coach, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of interior design principles, product specifications, color, pattern, scale, and style.
• Proficiency with CRM, inventory, and order processing systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze sales reports, and track key performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
