Interior Designer – Luxury Residential Project Lead

This is a hands-on leadership role for a Designer who loves people, embraces technology, takes ownership, makes decisions, and knows how to drive sophisticated projects forward.
THE ROLE-As a Luxury Residential Project Lead, you will serve as the primary Designer and trusted advisor for assigned clients, leading luxury custom homes, renovations, and complete furnishings projects.
You will:
* Lead client meetings with confidence, warmth, and clear professional direction.
* Develop complete design concepts, space plans, materials, finishes, furnishings, textiles, lighting, rugs, wallcoverings, window treatments, art, and accessories.
* Read and review architectural plans, elevations, cabinetry drawings, electrical plans, and construction documents.
* Collaborate confidently with architects, builders, contractors, cabinetmakers, vendors, and trades.
* Manage priorities, deadlines, budgets, outstanding decisions, and next steps.
* Identify problems early, bring solutions, close open loops, and proactively drive projects forward.
* Collaborate with Procurement and Technical Design to ensure projects are accurate and execution-ready.
* Remain actively engaged through installation, styling, troubleshooting, and final completion.
You genuinely love people as much as you love design. You are polished, confident, decisive, highly organized, technically capable, and comfortable leading affluent clients through significant design and financial decisions.

Qualifications:
5+ years of professional residential interior design experience.
Proven experience leading high-end or luxury residential projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating complete, cohesive residential interiors.
Strong residential construction and architectural detailing knowledge.
Deep knowledge of luxury furnishings, textiles, lighting, rugs, wallcoverings, window treatments, finishes, art, and accessories.
Ability to confidently lead clients and collaborate with builders, architects, and trades.
Current proficiency with AutoCAD or comparable drafting software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, digital presentation/specification tools, and project-management technology.
Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization, and Houzz Pro experience are highly valued.
Full-time, on-site availability in Fort Worth, Texas.
