The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who excels in leading design processes and approaches, supporting our Creative Director's vision with unparalleled expertise and professionalism. In this role, you will spearhead the design process for high-end residential projects, guiding the approach and managing the design team to ensure cohesive and exceptional results. While the Creative Director will handle direct client interactions and project presentations, you will focus on translating the vision into tangible, breathtaking designs, overseeing all aspects of the design process from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership: Drive the design process, approach, and team dynamics, ensuring alignment with the Creative Director's vision and maintaining high standards of excellence.
Project Management: Oversee the development of design concepts, detailed plans, and specifications, coordinating with the team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects.
Full Spectrum of Services: Manage and integrate all aspects of our comprehensive design services, from architectural planning and new construction specifications to custom furnishings and turnkey home installations.
Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and professional growth.
Process Optimization: Refine design workflows and procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure the seamless execution of design projects.
Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control throughout the design process, ensuring that every detail meets our firm's exacting standards.
Who You Are:
Experienced Professional: You have a degree in Interior Design or a related field, with a proven track record of leading luxury residential projects and a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in high-end interior design.
Design Visionary: You excel in transforming creative concepts into stunning designs, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
