Lead residential design projects from concept through installation
Develop and present design concepts, drawings, selections, and specifications
Produce and review construction documents and detailed drawings
Coordinate with architects, builders, contractors, vendors, and trades
Manage procurement, purchasing, budgets, schedules, and project details
Conduct site visits, field measurements, and installation coordination
Communicate confidently with clients and lead design presentations and meetings
Proactively problem-solve and manage multiple projects and deadlines
Mentor and collaborate with junior designers
Maintain the firm's design standards, aesthetic, and attention to detail
3+ years of professional interior design experience
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit
Comfortable producing and reviewing complete construction document sets
Strong understanding of space planning, elevations, millwork, cabinetry, lighting, plumbing, and interior detailing
Strong knowledge of furniture, fabrics, finishes, materials, and architectural elements
Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
Experience managing projects from concept through installation
Strong communication skills with clients, architects, builders, contractors, and vendors
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently
Proactive, accountable, and able to anticipate project needs and resolve issues independently
