Project Management:
Manage multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of design and construction.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project budgets, fees, and timelines.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
Lead project meetings and distribute meeting agendas and follow-up notes.

Design Coordination:
Support the design team throughout design development and documentation.
Coordinate material, finish, furniture, lighting, and equipment selections.
Review drawings, specifications, and schedules for completeness and accuracy.
Ensure design intent is maintained throughout procurement and installation.
Procurement & Production
Oversee purchasing, order tracking, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with manufacturers, fabricators, and workrooms.
Resolve production issues and manage substitutions when necessary.
Track lead times and proactively identify schedule risks.

Construction Administration:
Coordinate RFIs, shop drawings, and submittal reviews.
Conduct regular site visits and document project progress.
Work closely with contractors to resolve field conditions.
Ensure installations are executed according to the approved design.

Client Management:
Serve as the supper to Director on day-to-day client contact.
Provide regular project updates and communicate schedule or budget changes.
Prepare presentations and manage design approvals.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
5–10+ years of experience managing high-end residential interior design projects.
Strong understanding of high end FF&E procurement, custom furniture, and construction administration.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit (preferred), Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management software.
