RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with Principal and with the support of Project Associates to:
-Define the concepts and character of the project
-Create an initial project budget and schedule
-Generate furniture plan studies
-Resource antiques and new furnishings
-Conceive of highly customized furnishings
-Prepare material and color palettes
-Create presentations for client meetings
-Collaborate with architecture team on coordination efforts
-Direct third-party photorealistic renderers
-Prepare furnishings proposals
-Oversee procurement, design details, custom furniture drawings, CFAs, etc.
-Manage tracking and logistics
-Review of project accounting
-Review on-site measures and workroom visits
-Manage installation

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor’s Degree
-5–7+ years of interior design experience
-Experience in Studio Webware
-Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite
