The Senior Designer position reports to the firm’s Founder/Creative Director and Principal/Design Director.

Responsibilities may include:
• Manage projects during all design phases, from inception to completion of punch list
• Introduce ideas in the design process in collaboration with the Design and Creative Directors and project team
• Create and/or review presentation materials for client meetings
• Coordinate and communicate with design team members
• Coordinate selection of fabrics and color schemes
• Create client proposals and purchase orders, finish schedules/specifications
• Visit job sites as necessary and travel as required, with advance notice
• Attend industry events
• Problem solve creatively and efficiently
• Communicate with clients, vendors, trade

Required Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in interior design, architecture, or related field
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and presentation skills
• Able to adapt and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter, with the ability to multi-task
• Experience in project and team management
• Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, contractors and other professions, including colleagues
• Detail oriented, with the ability to prioritize and manage complex projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Original thinking, creativity and ability to develop innovative approaches
• Ability to turn on a dime, remain poised, and manage client expectations
• Flexibility, professionalism, humility, and a sense of humor
• Studio Designer/Studio Webware experience a plus
• Knowledge of showrooms, vendors and design trade process
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient with AutoCAD, SketchUp a must, Revit a plus

Experience:
• Ten plus years interior design experience working at a residential design firm.
• Bespoke residential interior design industry experience a plus.
