The Junior Designer will participate in project coordination, design and documentation as well as provide administrative and logistical support for the design teams and studio operations including resource library management and maintenance.

This position will work closely with the Creative Director, Design Director, Senior Designers, Designers and Interns as well as the Documentation Manager to properly document and detail design intent.

The ideal candidate for this position is an extremely passionate, communicative, and creative designer; ready and willing to jump in and do what it takes to support the project team and the client.

● Bachelors/Masters of Interior Design or Architecture
● Minimum 1 year professional design experience, high-end residential and hospitality design a plus
● Proficient in AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit a plus
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Sketchup and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator)
● Working knowledge of Studio Designer - a plus
● Strong presentation skills with attention to detail (using Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
● Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills
● Self-motivated with strong time management skills with ability to prioritize and multitask under deadlines in fast-paced, collaborative environment
● Available for daily work in the office in Philadelphia
● Available for job site visits as required, including travel by car, train & plane
● Valid Driver's License is required
