Job Description

Tania Bulhões is a fast-growing Brazilian designer brand specializing in high-end home living, dining, and entertaining products.

We are entering the U.S. market, opening a private client suite and designer showroom at New York's A&D Building (58th & Lex) next September, and looking for a Sales Manager.

What you will do:

Sales
Build strong relationships with clients in New York.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Recruit, train, and develop sales associates.

Operations
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the private client suite and designer showroom.
Maintain a clean and organized environment.
Manage inventory levels and ensure products are displayed effectively.

Client experience
Ensure outstanding client experience at all times.
Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job Requirements

What you bring

Based in New York—work in-loco every weekday during business hours.
3-7 years of experience in consumer and retail sales.
Proactive and assertive approach toward sales.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Nice to have: specialized knowledge of luxury retail and high net-worth clientele.
