Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
• Establish clear sales targets, offering coaching, guidance, and regular feedback to team members.
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement individualized development plans.
Sales Strategy
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with Supply Showroom’s growth objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
• Adapt sales strategies proactively to address evolving market conditions and competition.
Revenue Growth
• Drive the team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Analyze sales metrics and identify opportunities to optimize team performance.
• Expand Supply Showroom’s market presence by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance product-line sales strategies and promote branded product growth.
Client Relationship Management
• Guide the sales team in cultivating and maintaining relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients.
• Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Partner with Fulfillment and Logistics teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Oversee CRM implementation and ensure accurate, up-to-date pipeline data.
Sales Planning & Forecasting
• Partner with the CFO and leadership to develop and manage revenue forecasts.
• Plan sales volumes and allocate resources based on forecasted data.
Reporting & Analytics
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, pipeline activity, and key metrics.
• Leverage data and analytics to inform decision-making and refine sales processes.
Training & Development
• Provide ongoing training and professional development to enhance team skills.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the team’s competitive edge.

Job Requirements

Qualifications
• Proven success in a Sales Manager role, preferably in luxury textiles, wallpaper, homewares, interior design, or wholesale/direct-to-trade industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to exceed sales goals.
• In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, processes, and techniques.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
