As a “Sales Associate” at TOWN, you will partner with clients to provide the best solutions to meet their needs. Sales Associates will offer in person excellent customer service in a collaborative style to exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for meeting sales goals and sharing the exciting product lines and industry expertise offered by TOWN Collective. Successful Sales Associates will be open to new ideas and offer support to team members across the TOWN Collective companies / community.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in collaborative sales processes.
• Strong understanding of the interior design industry, including trade-specific practices, trends, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to interact confidently with team members, clients, and industry professionals.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and client appointments.
• Passion for design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and a commitment to quality and craftsmanship.
• Excellent teamwork skills
