Kathryn M. Ireland textiles is seeking an energetic, team player to join our sales team at our Los Angeles showroom. Work closely with our team to ensure a seamless, high-quality customer experience from start to finish. Ideal candidate is detail oriented with a passion for textiles and interior design.
Responsibilities include:
-Using proper and professional phone etiquette, customer service skills, and rapport building techniques to assist our current to the trade clients with orders
-Order Processing: Handle order entries, payment processing, and ensure the accuracy of all customer orders. Provide detailed information of our products such as current stock, lead times, customized options etc
-Growing and maintaining a strong client base through outreach/sales calls
-Supporting our current showrooms with sales initiatives, training and marketing material
-Ensure sales goals are achieved
-Assist our team with scheduling of production to ensure timely fulfillment on all orders
Requirements:
-Three days a week at our Los Angeles showroom
-Highly Organized
-Collaborative
-Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with clients and suppliers
-Comfortable using spreadsheets to manage timelines and payments
- Proficient in Google Slides, Quickbooks
- Graphics knowledge a plus
