We are seeking a talented Freelance Interior Designer to collaborate on exciting projects and bring innovative design visions to life. This position plays a vital role in the design process from conceptualization to space planning, material selection, and project documentation and management. This position requires outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
1. At least 5 years of experience in interior or architectural design.
2. Degree from an accredited institution.
3. A keen eye for detail.
4. Strong presentation abilities.
5. Experience in managing the full design process, including Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Documentation, Construction Administration, Procurement, and Installation.
6. High proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Google Suite & Studio Designer.
7. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
8. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
9. Ability to prioritize and work across multiple projects at once.
10. Confident, proactive, and able to anticipate the next steps.
11. A hands-on problem-solver.
12. Proven ability to see tasks through to completion.
