Lisa Sokol Interior Design is looking for an experienced project manager to help lead the operational side of our growing residential design studio.This isn't a traditional project management role. It's a leadership position for someone who thrives where project execution, studio operations, client service, and team collaboration meet. LSID creates highly personalized homes for clients across the country. As the firm grows, we want a seasoned professional who can bring structure, accountability, and calm to a fast paced creative environment.
At least 5 years of project management experience within an interior design firm.
Advanced proficiency with Studio Designer is required.
Strong grasp of architectural plans and residential construction.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to juggle multiple complex projects without losing the details.
Confidence working with high net worth clients and multidisciplinary teams.
Calm under pressure, collaborative, and naturally proactive.
Experience building operational systems and improving workflows is a strong plus.
Lisa Sokol Interior Design is a boutique luxury residential design firm based in Baltimore, working with clients across the country on high end projects. Founded and led by Lisa Sokol, whose background is rooted in fine art and antiques, the firm brings a collected, layered sensibility to every home it touches. We are a small, tight knit team that moves quickly and holds a high bar for craft, service, and follow through, managing complex, multi vendor projects from concept through installation. This role is the operational backbone of the studio. We are looking for someone highly organized and detail driven who can keep projects, procurement, and timelines running smoothly, coordinate across our team and outside vendors, and take real ownership of the systems that keep everything moving. Experience with Studio Designer is a strong plus. Our work has been featured in Luxe and Flower magazines, and we want someone who thrives in that fast paced, high standards environment.
