Position Description

• Manage large scale projects with high-end clientele through all phases: concept through installation
• Liaise with Principal, clients, contractors, vendors, and employees.
• Coordinate/collaborate with outside Architect as needed
• Work with Principal to implement design
• Create and maintain project budgets and schedules, maintain project binders.
• Serve as Client liaison for sending proposals and tracking proposal approval and payment.
• Oversee and expedite custom furnishings orders: Set ordering priorities, place, and track orders, and prepare project status and financial reports
• Source furnishings, including furniture, fabrics, flooring, paint and stain finishes, accessories, and lighting.
• Assist with developing schematic designs
• Prepare/draft furniture plans and elevations
• Assist with preparing presentations
• Approve CFAs.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings and prepare project-meeting notes for distribution
• Prepare timecards for Principal
• Assist in preparing billings to clients

Candidate Attributes & Qualifications
Ideal Candidate should have 5+ years of relevant experience. Candidate must be personable, collaborative, outgoing and articulate with a professional appearance and demeanor that compliments the company’s aesthetically driven workplace and philosophy. Excellent communication skills and strict attention to detail, with strong administration and organizational skills, are required, along with the ability to work independently on projects, from concept to completion. Discretion is a must. Must be proficient in using Studio Designer, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Gmail. The ideal candidate will exercise initiative, integrity, open-mindedness, sound judgment, and adaptability. Discretion is a must. Immediate opening.
