Alison Hammatt Home is seeking an organized and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our residential interior design projects.
This role is focused on keeping projects moving from design development through installation. The Project Manager will coordinate with the Principal Designer, Director of Operations, Procurement Specialist, vendors, contractors, installers, and clients to ensure each project is completed smoothly and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple residential design projects through installation.
Maintain project deadlines and action items.
Create and maintain paint, lighting, plumbing, hardware, and finish schedules
Conduct site visits and take field measurements.
Review and redline shop drawings to ensure accuracy and design intent
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, workrooms, installers, and receiving warehouses.
Track project progress and resolve scheduling or site issues.
Work closely with procurement to coordinate orders, deliveries, damages, and replacements.
Plan and manage project installations.
Maintain project records, notes, and updates.
Communicate clearly with the internal team and outside project partners.
Qualifications
3–5 years of experience in interior design project management, residential construction, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Understanding of residential construction and installation processes.
Proficiency in Studio Designer and Chief Architect (or similar program) preferred
Available to work both in the studio and on job sites.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites.
