A-List Interiors is looking for a full time project manager to work collaboratively with our design team to ensure the successful execution of high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational, planning, and technical skills. While this is not a creative role, you will support our designers and execute projects at a high level with technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Oversee the execution of projects, including scheduling subcontractors, coordinating deliveries, and following up with installers.
- Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey design concepts and project updates to clients and team members.
- Produce detailed drawings, including floor plans, interior elevations, millwork detailing, lighting layouts, and custom furniture specs.
- Coordinate 3D renderings and manage the creation of project documentation, including end-of-project client packages.
- Take detailed minutes during internal and client meetings, maintaining records of decisions and next steps.
- Manage punch lists at the end of projects and coordinate client and referral gifts.
5+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design preferred.
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience generating construction documents is required.
Familiarity with Studio Designer and SketchUp is a plus.
Extensive knowledge of FF&E selection, including materials, finishes, detailing, and scheduling methods.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on high-end clientele.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving to site visits throughout the Tri-State area.
