Heather Peterson Design is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented project manager to support our interior design team. This role requires a proactive, solutions-driven professional who is confident in managing logistics, timelines, and contractor and client communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project execution from design approval through final installation
Manage project timelines, schedules, budgets, and all related documentation
Track orders, receive and inspect items, manage damages
Coordinate directly with contractors and other trades
Schedule and manage site activities, deliveries and installations
Prepare for and lead final installations
Develop and manage punch lists to ensure project completion
Manage inventory, including receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing items
Organize and maintain materials library and sample inventory
Qualifications include:
3+ years of project management experience, preferably in interior design, construction or related field
Strong sense of accountability and ownership
Highly organized and process-driven
Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills
Familiarity with Studio Designer, Asana, or other project management tools
Experience with renovation oversight and construction administration a plus
Must be local to the Twin Cities, have your own car, and must be able to lift/haul material as required
