We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creative professional with experience in high-end private residential interiors. The ideal candidate is skilled in both design and project coordination, contributing to the development of design concepts while managing procurement, vendor communication, and project deliverables.
Assisting in the development of interior design concepts, producing client presentations, and contributing to design documentation across all project phases. The Project Coordinator / Interior Designer will maintain project deliverables, including drawings, 3D models, presentation boards, specifications, and budgets, while managing procurement activities. Additional responsibilities may include researching FF&E selections, client correspondence, and engaging with vendors and artists.
Design degree is required. Interior architectural detailing, millwork, and materials knowledge are essential, along with proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Revit being a plus. Candidates should have experience with 3D modeling programs such as SketchUp or Rhino and be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project coordination responsibilities efficiently. Experience with procurement processes is highly desirable.
