Small Interior Design firm with multiple high-end projects throughout the country looking for an office manager/project manager with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and detail oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position will require strong communication skills and strong leadership skills.
-Conduct client catch-up meetings
-Communicate closely with vendors, showrooms, workrooms and contractors
-Attend site visits
-Provide support on project installations
-Ability to manage multiple tasks
-Experience with procurement processes
-Manage daily tasks for junior staff
