Ruard Veltman Architecture + Interiors is hiring a Project Coordinator to join our Interior Design team in Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities include:
-Work with Interior Design team on multiple projects from initial design to installation
-Create proposals and purchase orders in Design Manager software
-Monitor, track, and follow up on progress of orders and purchases to ensure accuracy and timelines are met
-Keeping accurate and updated records of orders.
-Managing project binders and material bins
-Identify issues with orders and review with Interior Designer to execute solutions
-Communicate with vendors to place orders and ensure payment has been received
-Order and return samples. Maintain library organization
-Miscellaneous errands as needed
-Experience working in a residential Interior Design firm
-Knowledge of commonly used Interior Design practices, and terminology
-Experience with Design Manager software is a plus
-Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe Indesign
-Strong communication and organizational skills
