We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Production, Procurement and Inventory Coordinator to oversee our shop operations - from purchasing and production to inspection, photography, listing, storage, and fulfillment. This role is ideal for someone who appreciates design but also loves logistics, spreadsheets, creating systems that keep things running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
Take Ownership of All Shop Production / Inventory Operations:
Product Development - Contribute to the development of new “Amy Meier Collection” pieces.
Purchasing – Communicate with vendors, submit POs, manage payments and timelines.
Production Oversight – Coordinate with makers; submit POs, work orders, and shop drawings, manage payments timelines and deliveries
Inspection & Logging – Receive, inspect, photograph, and log inventory; report and manage any damage claims.
Inventory Spreadsheet – Maintain and regularly update our detailed inventory and production tracker.
Storage Management – Organize physical inventory and document item locations.
Store Front Management– Organize, maintain and collaborate on shop floor design and deisplays
Photography – Prep and photograph pieces, manage shop sebsite, maintain image library.
CAD / SketchUp - Draw new and existing pieces, maintain product library. Create and maintain standards packages
Digital Listings – Add, edit, audit website listings
Team Collaboration – Work closely with the sales and marketing coordinator and design teams to communicate product availability, timing, and lead times.
What We’re Looking For:
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
Clear, professional, and kind verbal and written communicator
Proficient in Google Workspace/Microsoft Office, Auto CAD and/or SketchUp; familiarity with Studio Designer is a plus
Comfortable lifting and moving small-to-medium-sized furniture
A problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys building systems
