AHD&Co is seeking an Interior Designer with 3+ years experience in high-end residential design. This is a full-time, onsite role for someone who is ready to design and own their work with confidence. In this role, you will be asked to:
-Collaborate with upper-level designers and Principal to support projects in all phases, with the opportunity to lead projects down the line
-Develop and present design concepts, communicating directly with clients, contractors and other vendors.
-Create and manage furniture plans, elevations, and details using Revit.
-Prepare and lead client presentations
-Develop awareness of scope, budgets, and project timelines.
-Create and manage drawing sets, working documents, and presentation materials.
-Conduct site visits, field measurements, and oversee installations
-Execute AHD&Co's standards in all deliverables and ways of working.
-Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end residential design required
-Revit fluent (Required)
-Demonstrates proficiency and precision in the detailing and specification process.
-Must have attention to detail and excellent organizational and communication skills.
-Understands elevated brands and products
-Can confidently lead and communicate with discerning clients
-Doesn’t need hand-holding or minute-by-minute direction - an independent thinker who can also work with a team
-Construction Administration / Project Management experience is a plus
-Strives to be part of a thoughtful, design-driven studio
-Salary range is $80-$120K with salary and bonus
