You will be responsible for managing purchasing across projects, from initial quotes through delivery and installation support. You’ll communicate regularly with vendors, workrooms, freight carriers, and installers to confirm pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules, and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact the project.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple timelines simultaneously. You’ll provide clear status updates to the design team, flag delays or discrepancies early, and help keep projects moving smoothly through every phase.

Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end procurement for furniture, lighting, materials, custom pieces, and services
Prepare and track purchase orders, proposals, and invoices using Studio Designer
Request vendor quotes, confirm pricing and lead times, and coordinate orders
Communicate regularly with vendors, workrooms, freight carriers, and installers
Track deliveries, resolve issues, and proactively flag delays or discrepancies
Maintain accurate purchasing logs, expediting schedules, and status updates for the design team
Support general procurement and administrative tasks as needed
Minimum requirements
3–5+ years of procurement or purchasing experience in the interior design industry
Proficiency in Studio Designer required
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
