Leading international distributor of fine fabrics, carpets, furniture and decorative hardware to the design industry is seeking a self-motivated and resourceful Customer Service Associate to work in our NYC corporate headquarters.
JOB SUMMARY / OVERVIEW
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Answering customer inquiries via phone and email
* Data Entry / Order Processing
* Working closely with agent showrooms for all their customer service needs. E.G: new account setup, pricing, product information, stock inquires, backorders, shipment updates, etc.
* Resolving customer complaints/order issues
* Assist customers with measurements and configuration for decorative hardware orders/inquires
* Assisting and supporting the Team as needed
* Performing other duties as assigned
* Must be a Team Player
* Must have excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and complete work efficiently
* Must have Strong attention to detail
* Must have Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
* Must have the ability to multi-task
* 2-3 years of customer service experience preferred
* SAP experience preferred
