Job Description

At its core, this role is about connection—understanding how designers work, what they need, and how we can show up for them in a way that feels both inspiring and seamless.

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts relationship-builder and strategic thinker and someone who loves being out in the world, talking about design, and translating that energy into real, measurable growth.

What You’ll Do
Thoughtfully build and execute sales strategies that not only hit revenue goals, but expand our presence in a meaningful, lasting way.

Spend time in our top markets, meeting with interior designers and firms (create a year long road map of travel, T&E budget)

Cultivate genuine, long-term relationships with designers and industry partners to become a trusted, go-to resource rather than just another vendor.

Partner closely with our in-house teams to ensure what we’re selling and how we’re showing up feels cohesive, timely, and exciting.

Create sales presentations and outreach that feel considered, personal, and aligned with our brand voice.

Regularly review sales performance (pulling insights, spotting patterns, and helping shape smarter strategies moving forward) on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly basis

Stay curious about the market: what designers are asking for, what’s trending, and where there’s white space for us to grow (creating surveys, feedback channels as well as proactive outreach)

Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and gatherings—bringing warmth, confidence, and a clear point of view.

You’re as comfortable talking about color, pattern, and interiors as you are talking about numbers and performance.

You’re both strategic and scrappy—you can zoom out to see the big picture, but you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make it happen.

You’re highly organized and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership over your work.

You communicate clearly and thoughtfully, whether you’re in a meeting, writing an email, or presenting to a room.

You’re energized by being out in the field—traveling, meeting people, and building something in real time.

Qualifications
Proven success in a sales role, ideally within design, interiors, or home decor.
A strong understanding (and genuine love) of the design industry.
Ability to analyze sales performance and translate it into actionable insights.
Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly for client meetings and industry events.
