McCauley House is a multi-line sales agency representing a curated collection of designer-driven home furnishings, lighting, art, and textile brands. We partner with independent retailers, interior designers, and trade professionals covering a nine- state territory.

We are growing and seeking Independent Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our territory presence in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, and South Florida.

This is a commission role ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building relationships, being in the field, and growing a territory with long-term potential.

Must be based in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, or South Florida.

About the Role

As a McCauley House Sales Representative, you will represent a curated portfolio of brands and serve as the primary relationship manager for retailers and designers in your territory. This role combines sales, relationship building, brand storytelling, and strategic territory growth.
Our reps are supported by strong internal marketing, operations, and brand infrastructure so they can stay focused on selling and building meaningful partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage wholesale accounts across the state of Georgia
• Prospect and open new retail and design accounts
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
• Schedule and conduct in-person sales appointments and showroom visits
• Present multiple brands and collections in a clear and compelling way
• Attend and support major trade markets and regional events
• Follow up on leads, quotes, and orders in a timely and professional manner
• Communicate regularly with the McCauley House team and brand partners
• Manage territory travel, scheduling, and outreach independently

Job Requirements

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills

• Comfortable with travel throughout the territory

• Passion for design, interiors, and curated home furnishings
