SHIIR Rugs is an artisanal rug company established in 2012 by interior designers Shea Soucie and Martin Horner of luxury interior design firm Soucie Horner, Ltd., and Oscar Tatosian and Sarkis Tatosian of Oscar Isberian Rugs.

The Outside Sales Manager will be based in Florida and responsible for meeting revenue goals in their territories. This will involve approximately 60% travel.

A successful candidate will possess:
• 3-5 years experience in sales – preferably in luxury goods.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proactive problem solver.
• Ability to work with dimensions and practical math.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing project demands.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English; proficiency in Spanish a plus.
• Strong computer skills and a quick study with new software platforms.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with Smartsheets a plus.
• Have a reliable car (mileage will be reimbursed).
