*Margery Wedderburn Interiors is looking for a detail-oriented operations manager to assume the responsibility for overall operations of the MWI office which includes maintaining the office located in Great Falls, VA and overseeing furnishings procurement orders and details.
This Candidate will be one of the Primary liaisons between the firm and clients, contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors.
*Candidate must possess the ability to command project from procurement through installation.
*Communicate regularly with Principal and designers regarding progress, troubleshooting, and any changes or adjustments to budget and schedule issues.
*Create and maintain project budgets.
* *Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all purchased pieces.
*Oversee fabrication and all detail relating to custom furnishings.
*Attend weekly project team meetings and some site visits.
*Demonstrate the ability to engage with team members and work seamlessly with others.
*Coordinate and manage shipments and deliveries with designated warehouse.
*Create installation timelines; organize and oversee installations.
* Flexible work schedule and hours, hybrid work.

*Experience in residential interior design firms preferred but not required.
*Excellent time management, project organization, and follow through skills.
*Mastery of multitasking in fast-paced environment.
*High level of detail and professionalism.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
