Small fast paced Interior Design firm looking for a person with experience as a project manager/office manager and purchasing manager.
.Will help to oversee daily operations.
.Work closely with principal designer to oversee the comprehensive list of client projects
.Update and refine entries into Studio Designer (software)
.Project management for high-end residential projects
.Communication and collaboration among all team members and subcontractors throughout the entirety of the project
.Studio designer entry, tracking, repairs and delivery logistics
.Maintain client relationships by sending regular project updates and approval presentations
.Help to construct work orders for custom labor including furniture, accessories, draperies, rugs, lighting, wallpaper and decorative paint
1-3 years of experience working with an Interior Design firm
Proficient in Studio Designer, Google workspace
Good writing skills
Experience working with architectural plans
Management experience
Johnson Sokol Interior Design is a small, fast paced, high end Interior Design firm. We were established in 2009 and in that time have worked on multiple large projects throughout the country, many of which were full construction projects. We work closely with architects and contractors, and are often hired to oversee the general project. We have been published locally and nationally, most recently landing the cover of Luxe Magazine (Palm Beach/Miami) for May 2024
