Ferguson & Shamamian Architects is looking for a talented and highly organized Marketing Coordinator to join our firm. The Marketing Coordinator will provide essential support to the marketing team, assisting with various tasks related to business development, client maintenance, press, and publicity. Key responsibilities encompass assisting in the development of marketing materials including ushering various marketing projects through completion, coordination and facilitation of events, maintenance of visual assets and contact information database, and administrative support. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational and follow up skills, creative problem solving, an eye for graphic design, an appreciation for traditional residential architecture, and enjoys working collaboratively to support a dynamic department presenting beautiful projects and supporting material.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role, preferably within the architecture or luxury sectors
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Create Suite, and basic graphic design tools are a plus
