We're looking for a Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team and take on responsibilities including:
- Building long-term relationships with KW clients ensuring they are satisfied with our services
- Conducting client meetings and showroom tours
- Supervision of project from concept to completion
- Assisting clients with showroom selections – colors, door styles, accessories, etc.
- Identifying potential problems in the design process and proposing solutions
- Job site visits
- Conceptual Drawings of plans/elevations
- Light Estimating
- Providing client education on KW and our processes - Aligning clients with the most appropriate cabinetry solution
- Providing client “nurturing” and installation follow-up.
- Assisting in special projects and assignments as assigned.

This position provides opportunity for professional growth within the company. The individual who joins our team should expect to scale with our company and be ready to take on larger responsibilities over time. The position will report directly to our Principal.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a client-facing capacity in the kitchen and bath/design industry
- Architectural or Interior Design Degree
- Knowledge of building codes related to kitchens and baths (Preparing mechanical drawing for Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting etc.)
