Working closely with our Principal and Senior Designers, the Junior Interior Designer will contribute to multiple projects at once, with an emphasis on FF&E sourcing, design documentation, presentations, specifications, and studio organization.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, curious, and passionate about interiors. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, receptive to feedback, comfortable taking initiative, and willing to contribute wherever needed as part of a collaborative studio environment.
This is a full-time, in-person position based at our Coconut Grove studio in Miami.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in residential interior design or a related design environment
• Four-year degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
• Strong design sensibility and a demonstrated interest in furniture, materials, art, and craft
• Working proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, self-motivated, resourceful, and receptive to feedback
• Comfortable working both independently on assigned tasks and collaboratively as part of a team
• Eagerness to learn and grow within a high-end residential design practice
• Ability to work full-time and in person from our Coconut Grove studio
