We are seeking a talented Intermediate Level Interior Designer to join our growing team. This is a key role within the firm, ideal for a designer with 5+ years of professional experience who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. The right candidate is highly organized, proactive, and confident managing both design execution and project flow. You will work closely with the Principal on all aspects of the design process, gaining hands-on experience in creative development, sourcing, project coordination, and installations. This is a dynamic and integral role within a small, collaborative team, offering meaningful opportunities for growth and mentorship.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, interior architecture, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in a residential interior design firm
• Experience with renovations and new construction
• Strong understanding of construction documentation and job site coordination
Software & Technical Skills
• Solid understanding of space planning, interior architecture, and millwork detailing
• Ability to produce clear, accurate, and comprehensive drawing sets
• High Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Skilled in Revit, Sketch-up or Chief Architect (3D modeling)
• Seasoned in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva
• Experience using AI tools to support design and presentation workflows
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Familiarity with Houzz Pro or similar project management software a plus
