Your Role
As a Gallery Sales & Design Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to collectors, interior designers, architects, and private clients seeking exceptional pieces for residential and commercial spaces. You are naturally curious, entrepreneurial, and relationship-driven. You enjoy networking, developing new business opportunities, and creating memorable client experiences while representing some of Mexico's most talented artists and designers. Success in this role comes from building lasting relationships, cultivating your own client portfolio, and becoming an expert on the artists, collections, and stories behind every work we represent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, gallery sales, collectible design, high-end furniture, art, or interior design.
- Proven success in developing client relationships and achieving sales goals.
- Existing relationships within the interior design, architecture, luxury residential, or art community are highly desirable.
- Passion for contemporary art, collectible design, interiors, and craftsmanship.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly polished, professional, and confident interacting with affluent clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to business development.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, small-team environment where everyone contributes.
- Bachelor's degree in Art History, Interior Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with Shopify, Outlook, Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and assist with installations, exhibition setup, and gallery moves when required.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, gallery events, and art fairs.
