About the Role

Mobili Möbel is seeking a Designer to join our team and help homeowners and design professionals create beautiful, functional living spaces. This role combines design expertise, consultative sales, and project coordination — a great fit for someone looking to grow into a Senior Designer while working alongside a collaborative, detail-oriented team.

What You'll Do
Consultative Sales
- Welcome prospective clients and trade partners with a professional, service-oriented approach that reflects our luxury standards
- Guide clients through the design and purchasing process, listening closely to their goals and helping them make confident decisions
- Build lasting relationships through thoughtful follow-up, responsiveness, and exceptional service
- Participate in networking events and referral-building activities to develop new business
- Cultivate relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and trade professionals

Design Expertise
- Design and present interior solutions that balance beauty, functionality, craftsmanship, and budget
- Help clients select materials, finishes, furnishings, cabinetry, lighting, and architectural products
- Use showroom and site visits, along with design software, to bring concepts to life
- Create 2D/3D presentations, renderings, material palettes, and product specifications
- Stay current on luxury interiors, furnishings, and evolving design trends

Client Project Coordination
- Coordinate customer projects from initial consultation through installation and follow-up
- Prepare proposals, quotations, specifications, samples, and design presentations
- Provide clients with timely updates throughout each project
- Participate in post-installation reviews to identify improvements

Teamwork
- Collaborate with design, technical, logistics, and installation teams
- Participate in product training, team meetings, and merchandising initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative, client-first mindset
- Interest or experience in interior design, furnishings, or luxury home products
- Familiarity with design/rendering software (e.g., SketchUp) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Available to work in the showroom on Saturdays
- A collaborative team player eager to grow into a Senior Designer role
