Term: Full-Time Contract (6 Months, with potential for renewal)
Location: Boston preferred; remote U.S.-based candidates considered
Compensation: $37,500–$55,000 for six-month contract, based on experience
House of One is seeking a highly organized and technically skilled design professional to support a portfolio of luxury residential projects, including a new estate in Dover, Massachusetts and other high-end residential environments.
Responsibilities
Produce interior elevations, millwork drawings, and custom furniture details
Develop drawing sets in Revit
Create specification books, finish schedules, and design presentations
Coordinate documentation with architects, consultants, and contractors
Review shop drawings and technical details
Maintain organization across multiple active projects
Qualifications
5+ years of luxury residential design, interior architecture, or residential architecture experience
Strong Revit and AutoCAD proficiency
Experience producing construction documentation and detailed drawing packages
Understanding of millwork, cabinetry, lighting, and residential construction detailing
Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Ideal Candidate
Someone from a high-end residential architecture or interior architecture firm who can translate design concepts into polished, contractor-ready documentation while working closely with the Founder and Creative Director.
