About our Company

Gille Mills Design is a Los Angeles-based interior design studio renowned for crafting elevated, evocative environments that masterfully balance cutting-edge trends with timeless elegance. Defined by a "cinematic perspective," the studio treats every residential and commercial project as a curated narrative—highly stylized, deeply personal, and meticulously detailed.

The firm’s unconventional approach is rooted in two decades of high-level collaboration with the world’s leading image-makers and global icons. The studio’s principal, Gille Mills, established a reputation as a premier set designer and art director for fashion legends such as Annie Leibovitz and Craig McDean. This prestigious background in high-fashion editorial—designing lavish environments for Vogue, W, and icons like Zendaya, Jay-Z, and Doja Cat—serves as the engine behind the studio’s impeccable eye for color stories and textile blending.

Today, Gille Mills Design translates that same editorial rigor into the built environment. The studio is a master of the "unexpected," mixing styles and textures to create unique interior worlds that resonate with both sophistication and soul.
