We’re looking for an experienced, detail-driven Construction Project Manager who thrives in high-end residential spaces. You’ll be the critical bridge connecting our design vision with on-site reality—working closely alongside our Construction Manager, our internal design team, trade partners, and our homeowners.
In a boutique firm, we all wear different hats. One hour you might be reviewing a complex tile layout or adjusting a project schedule, and the next you might be meeting an inspector or locking up a site. What You’ll Be Doing
● Collaborate with Design & Construction: Partner with our Construction Manager and design team to thoroughly understand the scope, material selections, and timeline for each luxury remodel.
● Run the Schedule: Build, monitor, and adjust project timelines to keep trades moving in sequence and projects crossing the finish line on time.
● Manage Materials & Procurement: Order, track, receive, and inspect fixtures, materials, and supplies so the job site never sits idle waiting on parts.
● Lead Job Sites & Trades: Meet subcontractors on-site, clearly communicate scopes of work, review quality standards, and keep trades accountable.

Who You Are
● A Natural Collaborator
● Experienced in High-End Residential: You have at least 5 years of experience managing residential remodels or custom home builds, coordinating trades, and juggling overlapping project phases without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications & Requirements
● Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree.
● 5+ years of project management experience with a custom home builder or high-end luxury remodeling company.
● Proven track record managing multiple residential job sites concurrently while maintaining high safety and craft standards.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills.
● Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
● Valid Texas Driver’s License, reliable personal transportation, and current auto insurance.
● Willingness to travel to residential job sites across the greater Houston metropolitan area daily.
● Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus, but not required.
