Position Summary:
As a Commission-Based Sales Representative, you'll play a vital role in driving our company's revenue growth and expanding our clientele. Your earnings are directly proportional to your efforts, with our commission structure providing you with unlimited earning potential. Key Responsibilities:
-Client Acquisition: Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential clients through various channels.
-Sales Presentations: Understand client needs and deliver tailored presentations to introduce our offerings and explain their benefits.
-Negotiation: Work with potential clients to negotiate the terms of sales, aiming to achieve a win-win outcome.
-Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
-Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients to inform product/service improvements.
-Report Generation: Provide regular updates on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Experience: Previous sales experience, especially on a commission basis, is preferred. However, newcomers with a strong drive are welcome to apply.
-Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to build rapport quickly is a must.
Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently and persuasively negotiate with potential clients.
-Self-Starter: This role requires a high level of independence. Being proactive and taking initiative is essential.
-Organizational Skills: Efficiently manage multiple leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining clear records.
-Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM platforms and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
