Clarence House is looking for a Territory Account Manager for our Illinois and Wisconsin territory!
Summary:
Travel throughout the designated territory of Illinois and Wisconsin presenting, selling, and servicing Clarence House and other represented brands; increasing brand awareness and territory volume by developing strong relationships and providing exceptional client service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Represent and manage Clarence House in a professional manner and appearance.
* Visit each account on a consistent basis.
* Provide the highest level of service using clear and effective communication.
* Build market share by generating business through established accounts and prospecting for new accounts.
* Consistently make the required number of sales calls, meeting or exceeding all sales quotas.
* Compile data for daily reports.
* Evaluate prospective clients and their needs using all available resources, whether it be previous sales history, industry publications, social media, or web presence.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry colleagues.
* Gain a deep understanding of the product and contents.
* Discuss features and qualities of fabric such as weave, texture, color, and any other properties.
* Be an effective merchandiser and presenter.
* Have knowledge of product, pricing, availability of fabric, and substitutions.
* Respond to inquiries and issues on a timely basis and offer a solution as quickly as possible, mediating and resolving challenges fairly.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Job duties are subject to change as directed by management.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Excellent selling skills.
* Ability to learn product lines.
* Excellent organizational skills.
* Superb interpersonal skills.
* Must be able to work effectively with others.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Must be able to travel overnight in the territory.
* Excellent driving record.
* Resident of the Chicago metropolitan area preferred.
