Studio Volpe is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Interior Designer / Project Manager to support our high-end residential projects from concept through installation. This in-office, San Francisco based position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless project support across all phases.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in procurement, including quote requests, order tracking, and issue resolution
• Help oversee shipping, storage, delivery, and installation of items
• Assist in preparing client presentations
• Draft client proposals in Studio Designer
• Help maintain project budgets, schedules, and procurement trackers
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
• Work with various internal teams, vendors, and contractors
Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience in high-end residential design
• Degree in Interior Design
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
• Comprehensive understanding of the design process from concept through installation
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a collaborative mindset
Technical Skills
• Strong skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, and Photoshop
• Working knowledge of Studio Designer a plus
