We're looking for an enthusiastic Architectural Designer to join our talented team and contribute to the design excellence we are known for.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the design team to develop and refine architectural concepts for high-end residential projects.
Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
Produce millwork drawings to be used by our various millworkers for cabinetry production
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including design presentations, construction documents, and specifications.
Review architectural plans and construction drawings to ensure they align with design intent and client expectations.
Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings as needed to provide design input and ensure project progression.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology to continually enhance design solutions.
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented work environment, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Architectural Design or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in high-end residential projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software.
Strong understanding of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a strong team player.
Passion for architectural design and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Reliable means of transportation.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
