OKL shoppers are now welcome to by-appointment and walk-in visits to the digital home goods emporium’s brick-and-mortar studio in New York’s TriBeCa neighborhood. Divided into six vignettes (living room, den, bedroom, dining room, kitchen and foyer), the shop—known as The Studio, and located in the brand’s lofty headquarters—showcases for-sale merchandise curated by OKL co-founder and co-chairperson Susan Feldman and designer Alexander Reid. The vignettes will be changed every three months.

Feldman and Reid

“As One Kings Lane grew, creating a physical presence was something we knew we had to do," Feldman told EAL. "It became apparent that many of our shoppers would benefit from being able to touch and feel some of our fabulous product. In addition, we understood that the design process could be overwhelming, so having someone to help think about design projects would also be very positive.”

Guests are encouraged to review a style questionnaire and share their floor plans, photos and style inspirations prior to meeting with stylists during one-on-one consults on specific style projects. Stylists also recommend OKL's online-only products. Consults are free and guests receive free shipping on all items ordered at The Studio in addition to 10 percent off all purchases on the brand’s site.

Open for walk-ins and appointments, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Make an appointment and learn more online.
