The house itself is a Historic Preservation Award–winning English country estate situated on more than two acres, with grounds featuring bluestone patios, fountains and a large fire pit. The house has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and a five-room coach house and kitchen; it was built in 1922 as a summer residence and renovated in 2009.

Michael Del Piero will transform the home’s largest room, the living room; interior designer Alessandra Branca and florist Molly Flavin are partnering with Mariani Landscape on a large sunken garden and patio outside the house; and Craig Bergmann Landscape Design will rethink two spaces and include an outdoor market.

Find the full list of participating designers online. Among the sponsors are Luxe Interiors + Design, The Rug Company, Farrow & Ball, Forest & Bluff magazine, and others.

Proceeds will benefit the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago at the Angel Harvey Community Health Center.
