Room by room, a group of top designers transformed the Arthur Sachs Mansion at 58 East 66th Street for the 43rd Annual Kips Bay Decorator Show House. The five-story home showcases the designers’ work, from Alessandra Branca’s “Le Salone Rouge,” replete with a black and gilt lacquer Japanned Chinese screen and set to the tune of Elis Regina jazz, and Clive Christian Interiors’ “Metro Deco Dressing Room and Bath,” featuring custom cabinetry with inlays, to bedrooms reimagined by Cathy Kincaid Interiors and David Phoenix, Inc., a lush and loungelike "Midnight Manhattan" space lit by the sculptural Vine Chandelier from Pavarini Design, stunning stair hall by Philip Mitchell Design, Inc., and calming outdoor spaces by Greener by Design. The proceeds of the event, running until June 11, benefit the Kips Bay Boys and Girls Club, now in its 100th year.

Participating design firms include Alan Tanksley, Inc., Bennett Leifer Interiors, Branca, Cathy Kincaid Interiors, Christopher Peacock, Clive Christian, David Phoenix, Inc., Drake Design Associates, Gail Green Interiors, Greener by Design, Home Works, Janice Parker Landscape Architects, Mark D. Sikes Inc., McMillen Interior Design, Michael Herold Design, Paula + Martha, Pavarini Design, Philip Mitchell Design, Ronald Bricke & Associates, Inc., Rottet Studio, Thom Filicia Inc., and Tilton Fenwick.
